Craft Tattoo Maidstone is the entity administrating your personal data. Any data submitted in the contact form will be processed to provide an answer to the associated query. I agree on processing my data in accordance with Personally Identifiable Information Protection Act in regard to the query that I submit using the contact form. Submitting personal data is voluntary, but necessary for processing a query. I confirm that I have been informed that I have access to my data, ability to edit it and right to demand cessation of processing it.

Terms and Conditions of Craft Tattoo Maidstone 

1. The customer is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment of the deposit is the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
3. We reserve the copyright to photos, designs and tattoos.
4. The Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 makes it illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to get a tattoo. Parental consent is not accepted.
5. Proof of age is required on the day of tattooing in form of passport or driving license.
6. If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or we suspect that you are, your tattoo will be refused. You will be asked to leave and your deposit will not be refunded.
7. Prices in the shop are set individually. The price depends on the size of the tattoo and amount of details. For large tattoos the price is based on the number of all-day sessions.
8. The customer is required to pay a deposit to book an appointment. The deposit can be paid by cash in the studio or by bank transfer. The appointment is not booked until we recieve the deposit. When making a bank transfer, please provide: name of the artist, date and time of the appointment. The final price of the tattoo includes previously paid deposit. 
9. The customer has the right to change the date of the session once with at least 48h notice before the appointment. The notice needs to be given by any written form such as e-mail, text message, even Instagram or Facebook message. You will loose your deposit If you do not come for the appointment or you do not let us know at least 48 hours before your session. A customer who booked an appointment and has paid the deposit, but has not come (without prior notice) is obliged to pay the deposit again if wants to make an appointment.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

10. In case of cancellation an appointment (at least 48 hours before booked session), it's possible to use the deposit later - up to one year.
11. Vouchers are valid one year from the date of purchase.
12. The customer is allowed to be 15 minutes late. After this time appointment will be cancelled and customer will loose the deposit.
13.We make designs based on materials and pictures provided by customer. The customer will see the design on the day of the appointment.
14. The shop provides all information about healing and aftercare of the tattoo.
15. The Studio is not responsible for not following the rules of aftercare during the healing process of the tattoo. Touch up in that case isn't free of charge.
16. If all the aftercare instructions were followed by customer and tattoo is healed correctly but needs to be improved (not to change the design, shape or colour or add to it)
– touch up is free of charge up to one year since the tattoo was done. After that time touch up is payable.  
17. If customer would like to change/add to a tattoo, we would be more than happy to do this and customer will be charged accordingly. 
18. We don’t provide free touch up of hand, fingers and coverup tattoos.
19. Tattoo artists have the right to refuse a tattoo without giving a reason and it causes a refund of the deposit.
20. Due to limited space in the shop, customers are asked to attend to their appointments on their own, without accompanying person.
21. Children are not allowed in the shop.
22. Smoking in the shop is strictly prohibited.
23. Eating and drinking in the treatment rooms is strictly prohibited.
